1. Overview

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may or may not be issued for bookings made through Trose Properties. By completing a booking, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy in full.

2. No Refund Policy

All bookings made through Trose Properties are final, non-refundable, and non-cancellable once confirmed.

This applies to all accommodations, including but not limited to:

  • Hotels and resorts

  • All-inclusive packages

  • Accommodation-only bookings

  • The private short-let property located in Brooklyn Park, North Minneapolis, Minnesota

 

3. No-Shows & Early Departures

No refunds will be issued for:

  • No-show bookings

  • Early check-outs or unused nights

  • Failure to arrive due to personal, medical, or travel-related reasons

 

4. Unused Services

Refunds will not be provided for any unused services, amenities, meals, transfers, or experiences included in a booking.

5. Travel Disruptions & Force Majeure

No refunds will be issued for disruptions caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Airline delays or cancellations

  • Government travel restrictions

  • Natural disasters

  • Pandemics or public health emergencies

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover such circumstances.

6. Booking Transfers

Bookings may be transferred to another person of your choice only if Trose Properties is contacted at least 48 hours prior to the travel or check-in date.

All transfer requests are subject to approval and updated guest details. Transfers requested within 48 hours of travel will not be accepted.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a booking, you acknowledge that unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes are a breach of this Refund Policy and the Terms & Conditions.

Trose Properties reserves the right to dispute chargebacks and submit relevant documentation, including booking confirmations and accepted policies, to the payment provider.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued under exceptional circumstances unless explicitly stated in writing by Trose Properties. Any exceptions are made at our sole discretion and do not set precedent.

9. Policy Updates

Trose Properties reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
